Privacy Policy

AxonStream IPTV Player ("the App"), available on the App Store (iPhone and iPad) and on Google Play (Android and Android TV), is developed and maintained by ManyApps. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use the App on either platform.

Information We Collect

The App is an IPTV media player. We collect minimal data necessary for the app to function:

• IPTV Credentials: Server URL, username, and password, or the playlist address, that you provide to connect to your IPTV service. These are stored locally on your device and are never transmitted to our servers.
• App Preferences: Settings such as theme selection, language, sync intervals, and parental control configuration. Stored locally on your device.
• Crash Reports: Anonymous crash, error and performance data collected through Firebase Crashlytics to help us improve app stability. This data does not contain personal information.
• Analytics: Anonymous usage statistics (screen views, feature usage, and the words searched for inside the App) collected through Firebase Analytics to understand how features are used and improve the app experience. Firebase attaches a random identifier of the installation to these statistics; it is not your advertising identifier and it is not linked to your name, your account or your IPTV service. No personally identifiable information is collected.
• Feedback: If you choose to send a message from the App's Feedback screen, the category you picked, the text you wrote and the time it was sent are stored in Firebase (Cloud Firestore) so that we can read it. Nothing that identifies you is attached to it, so please do not write personal information or passwords in a feedback message.

Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
• We do not collect or store any media content, streams, or viewing history on our servers.
• We do not sell, share, or transfer any personal data to third parties.
• We do not serve advertisements or use advertising tracking. The App does not track you across other companies' apps or websites and does not use the advertising identifier.

Data Storage

All user data (IPTV credentials, favorites, viewing history, preferences) is stored locally on your device.

• Android: Sensitive data such as passwords are stored using Android's EncryptedSharedPreferences with AES-256 encryption.
• iPhone and iPad: Data is kept in the App's own private storage, which other apps cannot read; usernames and passwords are kept in the system Keychain.

We do not maintain any server-side database of user information. The only content kept on our side is the feedback messages described above, which are not linked to a person.

Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Firebase Crashlytics: For anonymous crash reporting. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Firebase Analytics: For anonymous usage analytics. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Cloud Firestore (Firebase): For storing the feedback messages you choose to send. Firebase Privacy Policy
• Google Play Billing (Android): For processing premium purchases. Payments are handled entirely by Google Play. Google Privacy Policy
• Apple In-App Purchase (iPhone and iPad): For processing the premium purchase. Payments are handled entirely by Apple through the App Store; we never see your payment details. Apple Privacy Policy
• TMDB API: For retrieving movie and TV show metadata (posters, cast, ratings). No user data is sent to TMDB. TMDB Privacy Policy

IPTV Content

The App is a media player application. We do not provide, host, or control any IPTV content, channels, movies, or series. All content is provided by your third-party IPTV service provider. We are not responsible for the content available through your IPTV subscription.

Children's Privacy

The App includes parental control features that allow parents to restrict access to specific content categories. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13. The App's parental controls are designed to help parents manage content accessibility.

Data Deletion

You can delete all your data at any time by:

• Android: Clearing the app's data through Android Settings > Apps > AxonStream IPTV > Clear Data
• iPhone and iPad: Deleting the App from the device. A record of when the free premium trial started, which holds no personal information, may remain in the device's Keychain so that the trial is not offered twice.
• Uninstalling the application, which removes all locally stored data
• Deleting individual accounts within the app's account management screen

Feedback messages are not linked to a person. If you want one you sent to be removed, write to the address below and describe it (what it said and about when it was sent).

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
